Ordered from Owense and package never showed up

I placed an order on 8/31/26 and kept checking the tracking week after week. Finally it said my package made it to my cities distribution center. But this was only after I reached out the day before because it had already been 30 days and I was getting worried.

So after 3 more days the tracking said it was delivered. I just happened to be home that day and nothing was delivered like they claimed. The shipping company HYD is in china and they never answer the phone. Owense only corresponds through email. I lost 62 dollars on this and nobody will give me a straight answer.
