Order from Owlskyes never showed up and now it's gone

I ordered something from Owlskyes, which is linked to Bella In The Sky. I paid $89.22 and the charge went through Shop.com, not Owlskyes. The order email came from Bella In The Sky through a Shopify email address.

The shipping and tracking came from SHOP.com, but the package shipped from China through a Chinese shipper and never got delivered. My order doesn't exist anymore on Bella In The Sky or Owlskyes. The address listed is a home at 332 Chestnut St. West Reading, PA 19611, and it looks like Chinese people are living there.

I just want my money back. This whole thing is a scam.
