Paid for a Mini Cooper manual that never came
I've emailed them at [email protected] like five times now and nobody ever writes back. The tracking button on their site just takes me to some shopping network page that has nothing to do with car manuals. There's no phone number anywhere on the site, only that email. The address they list is in Gainesville, FL but I don't even know if that's real. Just want my money back or the manual. This is really frustrating.
