They keep mailing letters asking for $40 but nothing gets updated

I sent these people $100 total thinking they were going to update my address and contact info for me. They mail out letters saying you need to update them with your address so they can take care of things for you. I just found out they haven't updated anything. The only thing they took was my name and my money.

There's no benefit in giving them your money. They're not government but they act like they are. I was missing out on important mail because I thought they would have updated my contact information but that was not the case.

They send out letters every 6 to 12 months asking for $40. Their website is ownerregistry.com and the phone number on there is (405) 340-8300. Address is 101 Park Avenue Suite 1300, Oklahoma City, OK 73102.
