Letter saying government will pay all final expenses

Got this letter in the mail from a P.O. box in Kennesaw, GA. It says as a resident I am entitled to benefits where the government will pay 100% of all final expenses.

That just didn't sit right with me. There was no real company name on it, just the box number. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to report it because it feels off.

I don't know who they are or why they sent it. Just seems weird to get something like that out of nowhere.
