Letter about my mortgage asking me to call a number

I got something in the mail about my mortgage. It said they have been trying to reach me about a matter of importance related to my mortgage. There was a phone number to call, 1-833-408-1609.

The letter came from a P O Box in Jacksonville, Florida, 32255. No real company name on it. It just says to call that number.

I don't know who these people are or why they think they can contact me about my mortgage. I haven't lost any money but this seems like a phishing thing. I'm not calling that number.
