Call about a job I never applied for on Indeed
Job offer from paknext.com that cost me $1000
The phone number was (816) 832-2630. There was an address on Cherry St in Kansas City, MO. The email came from [email protected]. I just want to know what is going on with this.
Phone call about a goods checker job that felt off
No offer letter was ever sent. The only tax form I got was a W-4 and my SSN was on that form. Her email was [email protected] and the website was paknext.com. The phone number was (816) 832-2879 and the address listed was 2734 cherry st Kansas city MO, Kansas City, MO 64108. I didn't lose any money but the whole thing just didn't sit right with me.
Job offer turned out to be a shipping inspector scam
The person I was dealing with was [email protected] and they had an office address at 2734 Cherry St in Kansas City MO. I called the number they gave me at 1(816) 787-0492 a few times.
I never actually lost any money to them, but it was a scam for employment. It just didn't feel right after a while and I stopped before sending anything. I'm just glad I didn't lose anything. The website is paknext.com/calc if anyone needs to see it.
Job offer felt off after seeing CEO photo
I decided to look at their website, paknext.com, and the CEO photo on there looked either AI generated or like a stock photo. Something just didn't sit right. I didn't give them any money or anything, but I wanted to report this. The number that called was (740) 996-2075 and they also have an address listed in Kansas City. I also got an email from [email protected]. Just seemed really fishy.
Job offer email with no real company behind it
They said to reply "I am interested" and they'd send a video overview. But something felt off. The email came from [email protected] and the website listed was paknext.com with an address on Cherry St in Kansas City. I couldn't find anything real about this company anywhere. It just didn't make sense.
I didn't lose any money or anything, but I'm glad I didn't reply. These employment scams are getting harder to spot because they make the job sound so regular. Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else wastes their time.
