TikTok ad from Palmetto Moon took my money

I saw an ad on TikTok from Palmetto Moon for a Lulumac sweatshirt so I bought it. They took my money right away, $9.98, but I never got an email or a text confirming anything.

No tracking, no shipping, nothing. I went to belnique.com and it just doesn't add up. I just want my money back or the sweatshirt I paid for.
