Shoes never arrived and they keep offering discounts
They said the new pair would arrive by July 17th. It's past that now and still nothing. I've sent so many emails to [email protected] and they just don't write back. The website is pampera-mx.com and they list an address in Albuquerque but the company operates out of Mexico.
The shipping is through Yanwen and it's super slow, no real tracking updates. I called the number they have, (553) 713-8256, and nobody picks up. I just want my shoes or my money back, but I can't get anyone to answer.
