Letter about a parking ticket I never got

I got this parking violation letter in the mail saying I owe $55 for a parking lot at 777 N Ocean Drive in Hollywood, FL near the Costa Hollywood Beach Hotel. The thing is, I never got any ticket and I had a paid receipt that was good through 6/18/16 at 6:00 pm. But the "ticket" they claim was for 6/18/26 at 12:58pm. That date doesn't even make sense.

I tried calling the law firm and emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever answered and no one replied to my emails. I even attached my parking receipt and my hotel reservation under Monika Rodriguez to prove I paid. I paid $114.40 for parking so it's not like I was trying to avoid anything.

Their address is 6025 S Quebec St. Suite 355 in Englewood, CO and their phone number is (888) 851-6558. I just wanted someone to look at it and see I already paid but I got nothing back from them.
