Hotel and parking package where parking was never booked

I booked a hotel and park package through parksleepfly.com for one night at a hotel and two weeks of parking for a trip. I paid $400 for it. When I got to the hotel, they had my booking for the one night but nothing about the parking. The hotel told me they never do long term parking like that.

I still had to pay for parking that one night at the hotel on top of what I already paid parksleepfly. The hotel was the Holiday Inn on La Cienega in Los Angeles. The staff there said this has happened before with other people.
