Instagram page asking for money to win a cash prize

There's this Instagram app called passpass denver where they hide stacks of money around the city for people to find. They also do random drawings for 10k if you drop your number and cash app. So I did that.

Then this so called back up page contacted me saying I needed to send a $75 initial fee to receive the 10k. I blocked them and started doing my own research. But then they found me on whats app and started applying pressure. I asked them to send me $5 just so I know it's real and they just applied more pressure instead. Obviously I didn't send them anything.
