Passport renewal site looked like the real government page

I was looking online to renew my passport and clicked on a website that looked just like the State Department's site that I've used before. It had me fill in all my info, no problem. The amount they charged me was exactly what the passport renewal costs plus the credit card fee, which I've seen before with other state agencies like when I renew my registration with the State of Illinois every year.

It wasn't until recently when I went back through my email to dig around because I still hadn't gotten my passport in the mail that I realized what happened. The service had described that I was really only paying them to "fill out the form" for me, which I could have done myself online for free. That part was pretty deceiving. Now I can't get a human to answer the phone or reply to an email. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I paid $132.07.
