Paid for a hacky sack in May and still nothing by August
After I ordered, I sent about 10 messages asking for an update. The first 3 emails I got a response back saying they were packing my order and I would get an update soon. Then they just stopped answering me.
It's now 8/15/2026 and I still don't have the item. I asked for a refund too and nothing. No item, no money back. Their email is [email protected] and they list an address in CA, USA but I don't know what else to do at this point.
