Letter about trademark renewal with no official letterhead
The letter says it's an optional offer and not a bill, but it still looks like one. It also says they're a private company not associated with any official government organizations. Our trademarks/IP counsel confirmed this was a fraudulent billing attempt.
Their info is (800) 983-4701 and www.pto-us.com. Address is 19125 Northcreek Parkway Suite 120, Bothell, WA 98011. We didn't lose any money but wanted to report it.
