Ordered filters and never got my package

I ordered cabin and air filters from PatsGeek.com on June 24th, 2026. I kept checking the tracking about a week after I placed the order. After four weeks went by, I asked for a refund and they said no. They marked my order as delivered but that is not true. I never got anything. Lost 55 dollars on this.
