Voicemail saying I’m an emergency reference

Got a voicemail on my cell from a guy named Paul. Said he was from the pre-legal department. He goes "good morning, this is Paul from the pre-legal department. You're being listed on record as an emergency reference for [name I didn't catch]".

Then he said all laws, federal and state, will be followed around 6:30 today. That was it. No company name, no callback number besides the one that showed up on caller ID. I don’t know anyone who would put me down as an emergency reference. Felt real off.

I didn’t call back. Just weird. The number was (859) 909-8255 and it’s from KY. I don’t owe anything and I’m not involved in whatever this is.
