Jacket looked nothing like the website photos
They said on their site that returns were easy, no questions asked. So I contacted them and they asked for photos. After I sent those, they said I could either keep the jacket and they'd give me 50% back, or I could mail it to some address in the UK on my own dime. Neither option was okay with me, so I just disputed it with my credit card company.
After that, they emailed me saying they would refund me in full. Still waiting on that. I looked around online and found a bunch of other people with the exact same story. Funny thing is, all the reviews on their website are positive. That same day I ordered, they asked me to leave a review even though I didn't have the item yet, and offered a 50% discount for doing it. I didn't do it, but I guess that's how they get those good reviews.
Dress looks nothing like the picture and they won't give a return address
They will not give me an address to send the item back. Instead they are asking for all these ridiculous steps, like pictures of the dress and pictures of the tags. Then they even asked for a picture of me wearing the dress. Which is just weird. It's pretty obvious this place is a scam and they have no intention of taking my return or refunding my money. I'm out 46 dollars for this thing.
Ordered shirts that don't fit and no return address given
They won't give me an address to send these back to. It seems like they're just avoiding the return process. I spent $70 on these and now I'm stuck with shirts that don't fit. Their email is [email protected] and they have a website too. I don't know what else to do at this point.
Blazer from Paul Wardrobe looks nothing like the picture
The sizing is a joke too. What they said on the site about sizing was way off. I ordered my regular size and what showed up is maybe 4 or 5 sizes too small. The pictures are misleading, the stuff is way overpriced, and I just don't trust this site at all. This blazer isn't worth any amount of money.
