No return instructions after two orders from Pauls Wardrobe

I placed two orders with this business. Their website says they are in Hong Kong. I have emailed their customer support several times like they ask for return instructions and a refund request. I keep getting the same generic email back over and over telling me they cannot find my order. I have sent everything they asked for through email again and again, like my order number and the confirmation email. Still no reply with return instructions for a refund.

They say they have a 30 day return period from when you get the item. This business is not responding to my request for return instructions on purpose. Do not do business with Pauls Wardrobe, it is next to impossible to get a refund and the quality of the merchandise is horrible.
