Dress from online store looked nothing like the picture
I tried calling customer service and got a message saying they were not taking calls at this time. So I emailed asking for a return label since they have a 30 day return policy. I sent 3 emails and each time got the same message back saying they are trying to make things right, but no return label ever came. When I said I would open a dispute with my credit card, they offered to refund me 50% and let me keep the dress, saying I would lose the credit card claim so their offer was better.
I went ahead and filed a claim with my payment source and got a resolution after sending multiple emails and pictures. I spent so much time on this, it was a big mistake ordering from them. Lesson learned, do not order from this company unless you enjoy headaches and wasting time.
