Ordered once but got billed again and no product
On August 5th I emailed them asking what was going on with my order and why I had this subscription. We went back and forth for a few days. Then they showed me tracking saying the package was delivered on July 27th to my front door or yard. That's a lie. USPS doesn't leave small packages at my door. We have a locked box and they leave a key for packages. So basically I lost 75.85 dollars and have nothing to show for it. And I'm still stuck with this subscription thing I can't get rid of.
