Ordered smart glasses from Pawnexa and still no tracking
Then I looked at the reviews and they are really bad. So many people saying they never got the item or got some cheap quality one that doesn’t work like they say. Some say it even makes your vision worse. That got me worried.
It’s been 2 weeks now and still nothing. Even if it shows up I’m sure I’ll return it because it’s not what they advertised. I paid $17.54 and at this point I just want my money back.
Bought a sewing gadget on Facebook and never got it
I contacted their customer service to cancel and they said no because the package already arrived in the US. I waited longer and the shipping never updated. So I wrote them again and said I want a refund. Now they keep saying they sent a replacement even though I told them I did not want a replacement. I just want my money back. The last message just keeps saying "Your replacement parcel has been shipped."
