Ordered dog joint powder and got charged twice on PayPal

I saw an ad on Facebook for dog joint pain relief powder made from blue lipped clams off a New Zealand coast. It looked really convincing so I emailed them to get my first delivery. Then I got a message saying UPS never found my address. They emailed back sorry and said they would resend it. Then they emailed that it was on its way. Next thing I know they charged my PayPal again. I lost $138. Scammers.
