Ice maker order never showed up and now no one replies

I ordered an ice maker on June 22, 2026 from Pay.hooma.com. When I checked the status it said it was being delivered but there was always some problem with it actually getting here. First they told me no one was home, then the truck broke down, then it was a road block. Every time I talked to someone through chat it was a different story.

I emailed and asked for a refund and they just stopped responding. I'm out $42.98 and the ice maker never came.
