Phone call saying my case was being filed with no proof

I got a phone call and the message was from a Mrs. Clark with payment processing. She said they were verifying the address on file because they were preparing to file documentation in my case. She said they tried mail and phone calls and both were unsuccessful, and that their client flagged me as evasive and non compliant. She told me to call 409-761-7631 or press 1 to be transferred to a live agent.

I did call back because I had just filed bankruptcy. They told me it would not cover this debt, which was the first red flag for me. I asked for the name of the creditor and proof of the debt. They gave me three different creditors at different points in the conversation. They said they were just payment processing and did not have the info I requested.

It did not make sense that they could not tell me who the creditor was or show any proof. I just wanted to know what this was about and they kept giving me different answers.
