Anatomy puzzle order never arrived and PayPal won't help
Then in May I got an email saying it was delayed because of trumps shenanigans in the strait of Hormuz. I thought that was weird but okay. I asked for a refund of my $50 and never heard back from them. So I filed a dispute with PayPal.
Suddenly the company responded saying the puzzle was delivered. It wasn't. They have no proof of delivery but PayPal still won't give me my money back. What's the point of using PayPal if they don't protect you? The email they used was [email protected] if that helps anyone.
