Someone using my old stolen info on Paypal

This person is using my information. Years ago my social security and other stuff were stolen in an auto theft. Now I find out they are using it. The website they are using is Paypal.com and the email they have attached is [email protected]. They have an address listed as 2660 Monterey Rd, San Jose, CA 95111, USA.

I already lost 530.21 dollars because of this. This is phishing, that is what it is. They took my old stolen info and are using it to get money from me. I dont know what else to do about it. I just want it to stop.
