Phone call about winning 5.5 million with no company proof

Some guy named Paul Walker called my husband and told him he won 5.5 million dollars. He said he was from PCH and gave him some super prize number. Then he called back the next day to say how much they'd take out for taxes.

We didn't give him any personal info but the weird thing is he already knew our home address. That part really bothered me. We never asked for this and we didn't give him anything. Just strange that he had our address already.
