Paid for tickets but return flight never booked

I bought two round trip airline tickets from DFW to Seattle through PCM travels. The way back was a scam. I ended up having to pay for another two tickets back home with AA for 757 dollars. There was a flight 549 from Seattle to DFW but it wasn't booked on my reservation.

His name is Neil Lawson, he works for PCM travels. I called countless times but no answer. This was a painful experience, I've never encountered anything like this before. I'm out 520 dollars for those original return tickets that never existed.
