Charged monthly for something we don't remember signing up for

I don't really understand how this happened. Either me or my wife used some website to do something with a PDF, and now we're getting charged just over $70 every month.

I have no idea what website to go to, to cancel these charges. The charges come from PDFCustomer.com. That's all I know.

The address shows Ottawa, ON, Canada. Total we've lost so far is around $142.27. I just want to figure out how to stop this.

Charged $49.95 after I canceled their PDF service

I used the PDF service on their website and then right away I canceled it. I thought that was it, no big deal.

But then a while later I see a charge on my account for $49.95. I don't know how they did it because I canceled. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Their address is in Tampa, FL 33633. I just want my money back.
