Returned mail with my address on it and I never sent it

I found this envelope in my mailbox and opened it, then realized it wasn't for me. It was marked "returned to sender" and our home address was listed as the sender. We never give out our address like that. I have nothing to do with PEM or USAB Shipping at all.

So I called the number on the letter and it just beeps, no outgoing message. Then I googled the PEM number and a guy answered saying "this is Kevin" but no company name. I told him what happened and he said someone would call me back. I asked to be transferred to another department and he said he couldn't. Still no call back. This has me unsettled that someone is using my address for this weird stuff.
