Ordered lawn equipment from a site that looked real

I ordered some lawn equipment from penvora.com, the site looked legit and had everything set up like a real store. I paid $360.48 through their site. It’s been a while now and nothing showed up.

I tried emailing [email protected] but no reply. The phone number they have is 1(830) 267-9947 and nobody answers. Their address is 12 Spanish Pass Rd, Boerne, TX 78006 but I don’t even know if that’s real. The whole thing felt strange after I didn’t get a tracking number or anything. Just a confirmation email and then nothing.
