Voicemail saying I qualify for 43,000 in assistance funds
The voicemail was from someone named Angela, saying she was with People's Relief of Elkton. She said my account was recently updated and now shows I'm eligible for up to 43,000 in assistance funds. She said the money could be used for credit card balances or other big expenses. She wanted me to call her back at 949-848-3379 to go over the information.
I never signed up for anything with these people and I don't know how my account would show anything. The number they called from was 866-874-2518 and the one they wanted me to call was 949-848-3379. I haven't called back and I don't plan to.
