Extra large box from pallets turned into a phone cable

I ordered from peozamal.com. They advertised extra large boxes from returned pallets, and there was a special if you buy 2. I saw the product description and went with it. Then at checkout they add shipping and a "tip." I paid $143.74 total.

What I actually received was a phone charging cable and a base in a padded envelope. That's it. I have the attachment showing what they sent.

They refuse to give me a refund or even acknowledge what they did. The whole thing is deceitful and just a way to dupe people out of money.
