Website pretending to be Pepper Mayo took my daughter's money

My daughter accidentally ordered a dress from peppamayo.com thinking it was the real Pepper Mayo site. She spent $66.07 on a Yallie mini dress in blue. The item never showed up. Turns out it's a counterfeit site pretending to be Pepper Mayo.

She's a kid and didn't realize it wasn't the actual brand. Now we're out the money and there's no dress. The website looks real enough that you wouldn't know unless you looked closely. Just want people to know this site isn't the real Pepper Mayo.

Scam

Order a dress from this site thinking it was Peppermayo. The dress we received was nothing like the dress that was on the site. I got on Peppermayo to look for my order and realized it wasn’t there which caused me to go back to my email which is when I realized that I ordered from the wrong site. I contacted the company and told them I felt scammed that their site was deceitful. They tried to give me 25% off of the dress that I didn’t order after my daughter‘s event had already taken place. I told them I wanted to return it for a full refund. Even though the dress shipped to me from the US, they were asking me to return it to Hong Kong. I’ve been scammed like this before so I happen to know that it will cost me way more to ship to Hong Kong than the dress is worth, and it won’t make it through customs so they won’t receive the return and I won’t receive my refund. I have reported them both to the BBB and to Peppermayo who said that they were going to report their site. This morning, I tried to get on peppamayo.com and it takes me directly to Peppermayo.com as if that website never existed. I’m assuming maybe it is because Peppe may report in their site.

Ordered a homecoming dress from Peppamayo and got the wrong one

We ordered a solid aqua homecoming dress from what we thought was Peppermayo but it turned out to be Peppamayo. What showed up was a light blue floral dress so short it would only fit a child. There's no way to return it or get a refund.

We paid with a debit card so disputing the charge probably won't work either. I think this company buys defective dresses, that's why it's so short, and resells them at full price. Lost $120. The return address on the package is in California.

There's also a third party shipping company called Seel involved and they say they're not responsible, they just tell us to contact Peppamayo. Seel talks about a worry-free delivery return policy and even claims a trademark on it. How is any of this legal?

Website pretending to be Pepper Mayo for homecoming dresses

I was looking at homecoming dresses online and came across this site peppamayo.com. It says Pepper Mayo on there so I thought it was the real store. They had expensive event dresses and it looked legit at first.

Right before I paid I noticed the spelling of the company and the web address didn't match the real one. Something felt off so I stopped and looked into it more.

From what I can tell they are using the real Pepper Mayo name to get people to trust the site and buy dresses. The address listed is 819 N Florida Ave, Lakeland, FL 33801. I didn't lose any money but it seems like they have no intention of sending anything. Just wanted to put this out there since they seem to be targeting teens shopping for homecoming.
