Return denied over a ripped scarf that was not ripped
We returned all 3 fast, inside their return policy, tags still on, never worn, in the same bags they came in. After they got the order they denied the return on 1 of the 3 dresses, saying the scarf on one was ripped. It was not ripped when we sent it back. Nobody ever wore these.
Now they are keeping $93 saying we returned it damaged, which is not true. I paid $224 total for dresses that were never worn and sent back right away. After all this I looked online and found out this company seems to be doing this to a lot of people.
