Letter about unclaimed life insurance asking me to help

I got this letter in the mail about partnering in the distribution of 9,500,000.00 from an unclaimed permanent life insurance policy. The policy was for a Naomi Berkowicz who supposedly has no surviving relatives.

The letter came from #32 Adelaide St W, Suite 2060, Toronto, ON, CAN. There's no website listed but there was a phone number 1(226) 243-1603 and an email [email protected].

It just felt strange. They want me to be a partner in this but I don't know these people or anything about this person. I didn't lose any money or anything but I wanted to report it.
