Charged by ai.persolabs.org after I canceled
I tried to get confirmation that my subscription was canceled and my card wouldn't be charged again. Their support email just gave me the runaround, kept sending back some automated message that had nothing to do with what I asked.
You can cancel it separately on their website but I just want to warn people to read the fine print and check your bank statements at least once a month.
