Ordered from Pettypots.com and never got anything

I made a purchase on Pettypots.com on 8/18/26 and got a confirmation email the same day. That was the last I heard from them. The product never showed up. I texted and emailed the company 3-4 times and got no response at all. Just want my money back at this point.
