Phone call saying our power was getting shut off today

I got a call at the hotel where I work, Super 8 by Wyndham in Eureka, California, at 10:02 am. Someone named Jennifer said she was with PG&E, our gas and electric company, and told me our service was scheduled to be shut off today. She left a call back number, (888) 295-3588, and pushed me to have someone call right away.

After I hung up I went straight to our online PG&E account to check if we owed anything. Everything was fully paid. No outstanding balance at all.

So the whole thing made no sense. The number she gave isn't even the real PG&E number.
