Calls saying I paid for a vacation I never used

I kept getting phone calls from this number 1(803) 463-6300. They were saying I previously paid for a vacation package that was never used. I don't remember ever paying for anything like that.

The calls just kept coming. They also sent an email from [email protected] about the same thing. I never asked for this and I didn't lose any money, but it's just strange they keep insisting I have this unused vacation. I don't know what they want me to do about it.
