Delivery job application with no follow up

I applied for a delivery job through pills2me.com and sent them my ID and insurance info. That was over 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back since. No calls, no emails, nothing.

I tried reaching out but there's been no communication at all. They have my personal information now and I don't even know if this job is real. Just wanted to put this out there.
