Ordered a lamp and never got it or my money back
I tried contacting their customer service multiple times, but nobody ever replied. No refund either. I even looked up the US warehouse address they list on the site, and it's just a regular house, not a business or anything like that. So I'm out $75.72 and have no lamp.
