Online order said buy two get one free but charged me for three

I ordered from this site pipiteaco because they had a buy two get one free deal. But when the order went through they charged me for all three items anyway. There was no total shown before I completed the order either. I tried calling (888) 658-8048 and emailing [email protected] about it. Their address is 8842 Dorrington Av, Los Angeles, CA 90048. Nobody has gotten back to me about the extra charge.
