Did surveys for weeks then account locked with no pay

I got contacted to take part in surveys for this website, pitchsidepanel.my-take.com. I spent many weeks working on these surveys, putting in the time and giving my responses. Then one day my account just got shut down. I tried to log in and it said the information was incorrect, but I saved my password so I know it was right.

I tried to reach out to them and no one has gotten back to me. So I can only assume this is a scam. They are taking peoples time and responses and using them for research only to not pay people for their time. Its hard to say how much money I wouldve made because the website really wasnt clear on how much you would earn. Total money lost was about 20 dollars. The address they list is 2000 W Park Dr #240, Westborough, MA 01581.
