Weekly charges from a video app I already uninstalled
A few days later they charged my debit $49.99, a recurring weekly charge. I had already uninstalled the app and had to hunt for it to connect with them. The first time they responded that I could get a full refund by going into their Help Center, canceling the subscription and asking for a refund. When I went in it never showed that I had an account to cancel. I left feedback on more than one occasion over the course of over a week and never could cancel or request refund.
A week later I was charged another $49.99. There is no phone # to call. Just a website and they are basically giving me the run around while they rob me blind.
