Ordered a monitor from Pixeolane and they keep lying about delivery
On day 1 the 19th of July they claimed no one was at my address to accept the package. I was home and have cameras on my property, no one attempted to deliver anything. The next day they said the delivery truck broke down. And today they said they were unable to deliver due to the incorrect access code to my building. My house does not require an access code.
When I ask their support AI they keep telling me they don't have the ability to see who the carrier is or what depot the package is going back to. I paid $57.98 and now I just don't know what to do.
Ordered a portable TV from a TikTok ad and never got anything
That was a while ago and I never received anything. Nothing showed up. No tracking, no package, nothing. I tried looking up the website pixeolane and cant find anything about them now. Just feel like I got ripped off from a TikTok ad.
