No company name on delivery updates for missing package

I ordered from them July 10th. The delivery updates were bogus from the start. They said truck breakdown, then no access code. I don't live in a building, I live in a house so no access code needed. I even asked them to leave it on the porch.

Today 8/21 it says delivered but nothing was delivered. I messaged support and they are robots on automatic loops repeating the same thing. Total money lost was 32.99. I contacted them at [email protected] and through TikTok.
