Titanium pan sticks to everything and refund policy is not true
I tried to return two unopened pans and they sent me a message saying before we start the return, there's an option that keeps them in your kitchen. They offered to refund 30% of what I paid for those two pans, $84.23, to my original payment method. Or they said they could give me $280.78 in store credit for a future Plateful order. They said I keep both pans either way so there's nothing to send back.
I just wanted my money back under the 90 day policy they advertised. Instead they keep pushing store credit.
