Got a text about winning money from a site I never used

I got a random text message saying I won money from playtrixlab.com. It told me to go to their website to claim it. I never signed up for anything with them. I checked the site and it looked really off, so I didn't click anything. Then I saw online that other people said it was a scam. They have a phone number, (213) 640-4238, and an email, [email protected]. I don't know how they got my number. I just want them to stop contacting me. It doesn't make sense.

Ordered tools from PlaytrixLab but only got a cheap keychain

I saw an ad and ordered a product from PlaytrixLab.com. The money came out, it was $30. What they sent me was just a cheesy plastic keychain. It's not the working tools they show and promote at all. This isn't even the product I ordered. I tried the email they have, [email protected], but got nothing back. The address they use is 6768 Oconto River Shores Lane in Oconto Falls, WI. I feel completely ripped off.

Ordered a tool keychain that never shipped, emails bounce back

I ordered a mini power tool keychain from Playtrixlab for $30. It was supposed to be this cute little thing. The order went through but then nothing happened.

The tracking just says 'waiting on carrier' and never changes. I tried to email them using the address connected to my order, but the emails bounce back as undeliverable. So I used the contact email on their actual website, [email protected]. Still no reply from anyone about my order status. Nothing.

The whole thing feels off. The email from the order isn't the same as their site contact, and neither one gets a response. It's highly suspicious, like a dropshipping scam where they just never send the item. My money is gone and I have nothing to show for it.
